The training is designed to help you understand why the usual ADHD starting points so often don't work, and what a different approach looks like. One that starts with fit and self-knowledge, rather than trying to push yourself to function better in a life that was never designed for your brain.
It may give you a different way to think about this. But I want to be honest with you about what it can't do:

It can't look at your specific ADHD profile, life, patterns, capacity, and history to help you understand what needs to shift
It can't give you the structured reflection and guided clarity that comes from actually talking through your situation
It can't identify the specific next step that makes sense for where you are, because that part really is different for everyone
That's exactly what I'd like to offer you in a Connection Call. It's not a sales call, it's a real conversation. We'll look at what's going on for you specifically, and and aim to give you a clearer sense of what to do next. Whether or not you choose to work with me beyond that call is completely up to you, I'll only raise it if it genuinely seems like a good fit.
