You stop trying to make one strategy work long-term, and instead intentionally and frequently rotate strategies because that works better for your ADHD brain. Eg your exercise strategy might shift from visual reminders, to a weekly personal trainer session, to an accountability buddy - for a few weeks each - recognising that the issue was never you, but the approach.
