ADHD Assessment & Diagnosis

Questions? Start Here.

I offer a warm and supportive ADHD assessment process that includes a diagnostic interview and online questionnaires to get a full understanding of your experience.

If you're considering medication, we’ll determine the best path forward. In some cases, a diagnosis from a psychiatrist may be a quicker or more cost-effective option, and if that's the case, we can confirm it early on and move directly into treatment.

Throughout the process, I take care to explain each step clearly, ensuring you understand what we’re doing and whyAs someone with ADHD myself, I’m here to support you in embracing and navigating it.

Why work with me?

Which Level is Best for Me?

Level 1: Introductory ADHD Screening & Guidance

Best for: Individuals seeking initial insights into ADHD symptoms and wondering if further assessment is necessary. Ideal for those wanting reassurance before pursuing diagnosis or treatment.

Level 2: 2-Part ADHD Consultation & Direction

Best for: This level includes the CAARS 2 online assessment measure and features a second follow-up session to review results. This session provides a more thorough understanding of ADHD, identifies how it may personally affect you, and outlines a detailed next steps plan for assessment and treatment.

Level 3: Comprehensive ADHD Assessment

Best for: Clients wanting a complete assessment of ADHD without the need for a formal report (a brief summary letter is included). This level offers official diagnosis and provides detailed insights that inform treatment decisions and provides peace of mind. The summary letter can be taken with you to psychiatrist appointments for medication.

Level 4: Comprehensive ADHD Assessment + Report

Best for: Clients wanting a complete assessment of ADHD, including a formal report. This level includes more detailed documentation that serves as further supporting evidence for a psychiatrist when discussing ADHD medication, making it ideal for those who need comprehensive evaluation results to guide their treatment options.
